Alliance Life Skills is a non-profit corporation established to provide youth, no matter their socioeconomic status, with the ability to compete in organized sports competitions that foster skill development and growth. Our mission is also to provide all youth with the opportunity to receive life skills and education pertaining to character development, leadership training, educational mentorship and faith.
Alliance Youth Night
The purpose of Youth Night is to reach youth with the Gospel of Christ and provide an opportunity for youth to gather together in fellowship. Youth Night consists of a time of games as well as arts & crafts, facilitated to teach youth the value of teamwork, acceptance and simply to have fun. A bible study and discussion is lead by our passionate youth leaders. During the bible study youth are taught bible lessons and stories, worship, and encouraged to participate in discussions of scripture. Food is served at the beginning of each gathering. There is no cost for participation.
Who: 3rd-12th Grade Youth.
What: Bible Study, Games, Arts & Crafts, Food and more!
When: Mondays, June 5th – July 31st, excluding the week of July 4th. 5:30-7:00 PM
Where: Emmanuel Fellowship Church-8345 Crown Point Ave, Omaha, NE 68134.
You do not have to participate in Alliance Sports Training to come to youth night. All are welcome free of charge.
R 7:9 Conference
Alliance’s inaugural R7:9 Conference hosted over 160 youth from all over Omaha, a great multitude, from every direction, gathered together in fellowship together! Encouraging and “game changing” messages were delivered by speakers Josh Dotzler, Mario Alejandre and Khiry Cooper. Youth were able to participate in intimate worship provided by singer and songwriter Ashley Fruhling, play games, compete in a talent show. We are proud to be able to further God’s ministry by serving our city’s youth. A special thank you to our sponsors that helped make this event possible, including: FASTLANE Media, Core Bank, HKG Insurance Solutions, Natural Life Chiropractic, and Sarpy County Motors.
Backpacks & Haircuts
A Back to School Party and Backpack Giveaway!
Alliance recently held a “Backpacks & Haircuts” event in August for youth headed back to school for the 2023-2024 school year. Thanks to donations from donors like you, we were able to give away over 150 free backpacks, school supplies, and over 70 haircuts to students from all over Omaha.
Not only were we able to supply much needed school supplies to hundreds of youth in the area, but our back to school party provided Omaha youth free food, bounce house fun, a raffle and haircuts that were all free of charge. One lucky family was able to win a car, just in time for the upcoming school year. This event was possible due to donations, participation, support and prayer from all of our amazing partners, donors, volunteers and athletes. A special thank you to our donors, MidwestMel402, Sarpy County Motors and Natural Life Chiropractic for making this event possible.
Alliance Holidaze Hangout
The annual “Alliance Holidaze Hangout” offers members of the community with a time to come together each December to celebrate the Holiday season. Food, games, a gingerbread house contest and over $1000 in prizes are awarded. We get to see members from communities all throughout the Omaha area gather together for fellowship and fun!
